A: Go to the login page, enter your username and password then you’ll be taken to a directory of the courses you’re signed up for.
Q: What if I forget my password?
A: Go to the login page and request a password reset under the log in box.
Q: I’m an existing customer. Do I need a new username/password?
A: No, just use your same username and password. If you’ve forgotten it, go to the login page and request a new password.
Q: I’d like to get one-on-one help. How do I get that?

Q: Can I download the videos?
A: No, although on some courses we have downloadable audio. PDFs are always downloadable.
